Scuba diving has always been somewhere on my list of things to learn. As it is a long list, and I spent a lot of my life in CT where the water is brown and cold, it hadn’t happened. I feel privileged to learn here, in the Red Sea, which is considered one of the best places in the world for diving.
I took the course and got certified and have now done six open water dives post certification course. I haven’t yet left the small where at the dive center where I learned but a boat trip to a reef in better shape is in my near future.
My video is not very good, I am the WORST go-pro user but it gives you an idea of the world down there. There are two sets of clownfish that I pass by regularly, both are quite curious and they come right up to your hand when you reach out towards them. It is pretty amazing to see them so close.
Great video! Love you Dad

Sage,
That’s so cool. Thanks for letting me live vicariously.

You are so much braver than me. I want nothing to do with the world you kite over and now dive under. I’ll just keep myself safe on the beach photographing and enjoy all your pics
